Michael Jake has been buying properties since 2000 and has personally completed hundreds of transactions as a principal.  He is a locally and nationally sought after expert in residential real estate.  He is also the happy husband of Lori Jake and the proud papa of Joshua Jake.

Lori Jake is a former Nurse Practitioner who joined Michael to create the Swift Results companies. Lori oversees the daily operations of renovation, contractor management, and property management.

The Jake family loves spending time outside! Their favorite activities are hiking and biking together.

‍Nancy Hatfield has been with Swift results since 02/2017. She has advanced to Property Manager after two years. She has taken training in Property Management courses as well as Property Management Software.

Nancy is professional, courteous, and been in various aspects of customer service and executive assistant positions for most of her career.
